We feel privileged to be able to have our wedding in such a beautiful place. The Ebell started out as a women's club, and the organization which maintains it still does philanthropic work in the community. Both of us are history buffs, and with a building built in the 1920's, this place has a lot of it! Amelia Earhart's last public speech before her fateful flight across the ocean took place here, the garden is graced with a beautiful WWI memorial statue, and the art salon was the first art gallery in Los Angeles! We hope you'll love it as much as we do.
Dress code:
Black tie optional, whimsical headwear encouraged (top hats, fascinators, horns, etc)! For people wearing heels, please note that a good portion of the garden is grass.
